TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR VIETNAMESE REFUGEES BETWEEN HONG KONG AND LONDON

1. The refugees from the Sibonga were booked on any available

seats on normal scheduled air services between Hong Kong and

London. The bookings were made by the Intergovernmental

Committee for European Migration. The fares were paid by the

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, who receives a

special concessionary rate.
