This former prison has had to be turned into a refugee transit centre to meet the immediate accommodation requirement. It is intended that in accordance with my letter CR 2/4821/75 of lith May to UNHCR copied to you that the maintenance cost of refugees in this centre should be met by you.
See under A, 1. above.
A multi-storey building is being rented in Tuen Mun for immediate accommodation under similar conditions to 6. above.
