INDOCHINESE REFUGEES IN HONG KONG

It occurs to me that it might be of interest to you to see on a regular basis the reports we receive from Hong Kong on the numbers of Indochinese refugees in the colony. I enclose the most recent such report, which gives the situation as of 17 April. Please let me know if you wish to continue to receive these reports, or conversely whether this is duplicating reporting from your own Consulate General in Hong Kong.
