1. We spoke. I attach a copy of Stockholm telno 16. It would be useful if Mr Hibbert, in his discussions with the Swedes, could remind them of Hong Kong's refugee problem where there are now well over 9,000 people awaiting resettlement elsewhere. He might ask whether any decision has yet been made to take a number of refugees from Hong Kong.
