Mr Dennis Canavan MP wrote to the Secretary of State on 9 January enclosing a letter from a constituent who criticises the Government for its attitude towards Vietnamese boat refugees generally and, more specifically, for the treatment of those aboard the HUEY FONG which had been anchored outside Hong Kong until 19 January.
