Mr Snoxell (UKMis Geneva) informed me by telephone today that Luxembourg had offered to take 50 Vietnamese refugees from Indo-China. The UNHCR had suggested that, of these, 25 should be drawn from Hong Kong and 25 from Malaysia. The Luxembourg Government had accepted this.
