The Hong Kong Government very much hopes that the generous offer of the city of Frankfurt will be applied where it can be most helpful, i.e. by offering to the UNICR to take without condition some of the survivors of shipwreck or "boat cases" who have already been waiting in Hong Kong for resettlement for a long time.
