(2) The Director of Immigration may exempt from subsecti I any person or any class or description of persons.

1) A person over the age of 15 years who intends to

stay any premises to which this section applies shall on arriving theremises inform the keeper of the premises of his full name ed natiality.

CAny such person who is an alien shall also—

(on arriving at the premises, inform the keeper of the preraises of the date of his arrival in Hong Kong, the name of the ship or airline (if any) by which he arrived and his occupation; and

(6) This section applies to any premises, whether furnished or nfurnished, where lodging or sleeping accommodation is provided or reward.

In this section-

Keeper" includes any person who receives another person to stay in premises, whether on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person;

*y” means lodge or sleep, for one night or more, in accommoda-

tion provided for reward.

POWER TO REMOVE OR DEPORT

18 (1) Subject to subsection (2), an immigration officer may Removal of
