subsequent to his original letter to Jack Ashley, MP.

I understand from Dr. Choa that his letter to Mr. Ashley was intended simply as an introduction to his visits to services for the deaf whilst in Hong Kong. In these circumstances, and in the light of my own reply, Dr. Choa does not expect a reply either from the Minister or from Mr. Ashley.
