7.

Regulation 13(2) of the principal regulations

is amended -

(a) by inserting after sub-paragraph (a) the

following

"(aa)

after taking and recording a

left thumb-print or alteratively,

if that is not possible, a single

finger-print of such person; and";

and

(b) by deleting "as to render it useless for

purposes of identification" and substituting
