Section 5. of the principal Ordinance is

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "by which he

elected to be registered;" and substituting

the following -

#entered on the identity card issued

to such person;"; and

(b) in paragraph (c)(i) by deleting "by which

such other person elected to be registered"

and substituting the following

"entered on the identity card issued

to such other person".

Amendment of section 7.

6.

amended -

Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is

(a) in subsection (3) by deleting "one thousand

dollars and imprisonment for six months"

and substituting the following

#$5 000 and imprisonment for 2 years";
