Congress supports the Paris peace treaty and calls for a cease-fire in Vietnam. Congress also calls for:
(a) the release of political prisoners in South Vietnam;
(b) recognition, by the British Government, of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam;
(c) the removal of United States obstacles to the P.R.G. membership of the United Nations; and
(d) TUC moral and material assistance in promoting the restoration of peace and reconstuc- tion in Vietnam.
