Mr Robert Parry (Liverpool, Scotland Exchange): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what action is being taken in Hong Kong to commemorate 1979 as the International Year of the Child; what budget is allocated for this; and if any of these actions are directed towards eliminating child labour there.
