(2). The Commissioner may in writing,

in such cases as he thinks fit and for

such period and subject to such conditions

as he may specify, exempt any person or

class of persons from any regulations

made under this section.

(3) Regulations under this section

may provide that a contravention of any

specified provision of any such regula-

tion shall be an offence and may provide

penalties therefor not exceeding a fine

of $10 000.".

In section 2 delete "fourteen" and substitute "15".
