The example of one country which, despite poverty, has eliminated child labour, suggests that where the will exists

elimination may not be impossible.

In view of these conclusions the Anti-Slavery Society recommends that the documentation it has submitted to the Working Group on Slavery be brought to the attention of the ILO for use in its general survey under Article 19 of the ILO Constitution concerning the Minimum Age Conventions and Recommendations and that it be brought to the notice of the governments concerned.
