An Ordinance to amend the Employment Ordinance.

[27th April, 1979]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1979.

Section 4(2)(a) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "$2,000" and substituting the following--

"$3,500".

Section 31G(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "$2,000" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

"$3,500".
