It is not at all clear why CPA need information from BA in order to judge whether BA's existing fares are at the right levels. We would expect CPA's fare proposals on CPA's
to be hased own operating costs rather than on those of HA. If CPA believe they can operate profitably at lower fares than BA, it is important to bring this out (and also of course the assumptions regarding traffic mix and seat on which this judgment is based),
