ARTICLE 7

The regular airborne equipment as well as the material

and supplies, referred to in Article 6 of the present

retained on board the aircraft of the

Agreement

designated airline of either Contracting Party engaged

in the operation of the agreed services may be unloaded

in the territory of the other Contracting Party only with

the approval of the customs authorities of the other

Contracting Party. In such event, they shall be placed

under the supervision of the said authorities, subject

to fair and reasonable storage charges, up to such time

as they are re-exported or otherwise disposed of in

accordance with the regulations of such authorities.
