ARTICLE 12

Each Contracting Party grants to the designated airline

of the other Contracting Party the right to transfer

freely the excess of receipts earned in the territory

of the first Contracting Party over its expenditure therein.

Such transfers shall be effected in convertible currency

at the foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of

transfer.
