fuel, oils (including hydraulic fluids) and lubricants supplies in the

territory of one Contracting Party to the aircraft of the designated

airlines of the other Contracting Party engaged in the operation of the

agreed services, even when these supplies are for use on the part of the

journey performed over the territory of the first Contracting Party.
