ASA DRAFT AND IS SELF-EXPLANATORY. THE DELETION OF THE

PASSAGE IN PARA (7) ENSURES THAT IN THE EVENT OF

AGREEMENT NOT BEING POSSIBLE ON A NEW TARIFF THE

EXISTING TARIFF CONTINUES IN FORCE INDEFINATELY.

ARTICLE 12: THE NEW WORDING OF FINAL SENTENCE FOLLOWS ARTICLE

10 OF THE PRC/NETHERLANDS ASA.
