Thank you for achieving this satisfactory
Interdepartmental agreement has now been
reached at official level here that we should recommend
to Ministers immediately after the election that we
should proceed to an Agreement on the basis discussed
between yourself and Song on 27 March; ie that, subject
the satisfactory completion of the technical negotiations, we should make the public statement in
FCO Telno 204 with the minor amendments that the two
countries should be referred to by their full titles
and the Agreement referred to as the "Air Services Agreement" (Not "Aviation Agreement");
