AMSTERDAM AS AN INTERMEDIATE POINT IN ITS OWN RIGHT ON ROUTE 1
IN SECTION 1 OF THE ROUTE SCHEDULE ANNEXED TO THE BILATERAL AIR
SERVICES AGREEMENT. THE MALAYSIA AIRLINE DESIGNATED FOR THE SAID
ROUTE MAY EXERCISE FIFTH FREEDOM RIGHTS ONLY BETWEEN BRUSSELS
AND LONDON ON TWO FREQUENCIES PER WEEK.

6 BETWEEN 1 NOVEMBER 1979 AND 31 DECEMBER 1979, MAS MAY OPERATE 3 X DC10S, 2 X A3003 AND 2 X 3707S BETWEEN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
AND HONG KONG.
7 FROM 1 JANUARY 1930, MAS MAY OPERATE 7 X A300B BETWEEN PENINSULAR
MALAYSIA AND HONG KONG.
3 FROM 1 NOVEMBER 1980, MAS MAY OPERATE 8 X A3003 BETWEEN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA AND HONG KONG, PROVIDED THAT THE RESULTS ACHIEVED ACCORDING TO THE FORMULA AGREED UNDER THE GUIDELINES (PARAGRAPH 13 BELOW) SHOW THAT THE ADDITIONAL CAPACITY IS JUSTIFIED.
? CPA MAY CONTINUE TO OPERATE 7 X 3707S BETWEEN HONG KONG AND PENINSULAR MALAYSIA UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 1979 AND FROM 1 JANUARY 1930 MAY OPERATE 7 X L1011S BETWEEN HONG KONG AND PENINSULAR MALAYSIA. THEREAFTER, CPA MAY OPERATE ADDITIONAL FREQUENCIES EQUIVALENT TO THOSE PERMITTED TO MAS.
10 CPA AND MAS MAY OPERATE 2 X 37075 PER WEEK BETWEEN HONG KONG AND EAST MALAYSIA. AT ANY TIME, THEY MAY CHANGE TO L1011S AND A300B RESPECTIVELY, BUT THEY MAY NOT OFFER FOR SALE ON SUCH AIRCRAFT MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF SEATS PER WEEK THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE HAD THEY OPERATED 8707S. IF HOWEVER THE RESULTS ACHIEVED ACCORDING TO THE FORMULA AGREED UNDER THE GUIDELINES (PARAGRAPH 13 BELOW) SHOW THAT ADDITIONAL CAPACITY IS JUSTIFIED, THIS LIMIT CAN BE LIFTED.
