I agree with Mr Morland that we may have tactical problems

of timing when we come to the next round of talks with Malaysia

on the Air Services Agreement, bearing in mind also that the

six-month trial period for Concorde runs out in July We are making the despatch available to the Department of Trade. Mr Morland will also take an opportunity to remind British Airways the political sensitivities to which we will need to pay regard

in the future.
