"We ie FCO shall need to watch the run up to the ASA talks in London very carefully, and do everything possible to resolve the ITF complication. Malaysian feelings were deeply disturbed last year, and although Mr Murray and I (and HRH) turned the wheels back again, they can turn the other way again with far reaching results."
