Amend the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of

Vehicles) Regulations.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road

Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles)

Regulations (Amendment) Ordinance 1979 and shall be

deemed to have come into operation on 2 March 1979.

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic

(Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations is

amended

(a) by deleting item 1 and substituting the

following

"1.

Goods vehicle

(a) not exceeding 20 cwt.,

weight unladen;

(b)

exceeding 20 cwt., and not exceeding 45 cwt., weight unladen;

(c) exceeding 45 cwt., and not

exceeding 75 cwt., weight unladen;
