Amendment of

Thirteenth Schedule. (L.N.274/78.)

These regulations may be cited as the Shipping and Port Control (Amendment) Regulations 1979.

2. The Thirteenth Schedule to the principal

regulations is amended

(a)

in item 1(a) in the third column by deleting #12.00 and substituting the following

"14.00";

(b) in item 1(b) in the third column by deleting

"3.20" and substituting the following

"4.00";

(c) in item 2(a) in the third column by deleting

"600.00" and substituting the following

"700.00";
