(2) If the licensee shall fail or neglect

to comply with any order made under Regulations 53 and 54 of the Ferries Regulations or if the Commissioner for Transport shall make any order under Regulations 55 and 56 of the Ferries Regulations, the case in sum furnished by

way or security by the licensee shall likewise be forfeited

to the Crown.

Power of Governor to grant relief

21.

If at any time the licensee shallcommit or allow to be committed any breach of the conditions of this licence apart from the condition for the payment of monthly rent, the Commissioner for Transport may be notice in writing under the hand of the Commissioner for Transport erminate this licence and there-upon this licence and all the rights of the licensee under this licence including the use of the landing points shall forthwith terminate and the cash in sum furnished by way of security by the licensee shall be forfeited to the

Crown,

22.

If in the opinion of the Governor unforessen

circumstances occur at any time to prevent the license from maintaining a regular ferry service in accordance with this licence, then the Governor may grant to the licensee relief from payment of a proportionate part of the monthly rent

payable under this licence.

23.

Renewal of licence

The Governor in Council

may in his discretion

at any time during the subsistence of the licence, on the request of the licensee, extend such licence for a period not exceeding three years.
