ARTICLE 17
In order to meet the requirements of the development of maritime
transport of both Contracting Parties and to deal with matters of
mutual interest arising from the implementation of this Agreement
special representatives shall, at the request of one Party and
with the consent of the other, be appointed by the competent
authorities of both Parties to meet at a date and place mutually
agreed upon?
