Explanatory Note
Those Regulations provide for
(a) the notification of accidents and other
specified occurrences on the Mass Transit
(b)
(c)
Railway by the Corporation to the Chief Secretary (regulations 2, 3 and 4);
the investigation thereof by an inspector and the submission of reports to the Chief Secretary (regulations 5, 6, 7 and 8);
the preparation and promulgation of manuals of safety instructions by the Corporation (regulation 9).
