1. When Mr Robert Parry MP called on Mr Blaker yesterday in connection with the Sai Lau Kok clearance, Mr Parry mentioned that, during a visit to Hong Kong some three years ago, you had undertaken to let him have a paper on the resumption of leased land in the New Territories for domestic, industrial, government and recreational use. Mr Parry told Mr Blaker that he had not yet received this paper which was why he had been forced to ask PQs about resumption in the New Territories.
2. I think you will wish to be aware of Mr Parry's allegation. If you do send him a paper on resumption, it would be helpful if you could let us have a copy.
