I do not know how it is intended to follow up the general remit

for the FCO and DOT to look into specific ways in which the

Japanese might reduce their balance of payments surplus, but I believe there might be merit in a thorough investigation of

Japanese practices in bidding for large contracts. Would OEIC be the body to prepare a report on this subject?
