We have received a telegram from CAPIC Hong Kong to C in C Fleet proposing a short visit to Brunei (to include exercises with the RBMR Flotilla) from 6 to 10 December 1979. Before seeking diplomatic clearance from the Sultan, I should be grateful to learn if there is any objection to this visit,
