1. In case you have not seen it already I enclose a transcript of Felix Greene's interview with Premier Hua Guofeng shown on BBC-2 on 18 October. This is the authorised version of the interview; I understand that the Chinese insisted on doctoring what Hua actually said. There is a passage on Hong Kong on page 9. You will note that there is nothing about the future.
