2. It seems highly unlikely in prevent or foreseeable circumstances (unless conceivably if Dog Island should become a US mincile base) that Anguilla would become the subject of a serious request.

3. Nonetheless, replies to questions posed in paragraph 6 of your saving under reference are:-

a. No.

b. Unlikely. In any event, Ministers here heve muãe◊

clean that, until formal separation from St Mijos, they will not ask the Legislative assembly to con- sider any legislation of an external affairs nature; and
