Thank you very much for including me in the seminar on the remaining dependencies. I enjoyed it and learned a lot.

I am sorry that we didn't get going as quickly as we should have done and had to end when things were being narrowed down. I have tried my hand at what I think we would have agreed as specific conclusions had we spent another few hours together and attach it for what it is worth.
