of papers. We plan to conclude with a round-up session on the morning of Wednesday, 26 September, followed by a final lunch.

I very much hope that you will be able to join us, since with your recent experience of dealing with the varied problems that we shall be discussing you would clearly be able to make a unique contribution to such a seminar. Unfortunately, official funds do not run to the payment of fees for participants, but we shall be meeting the cost of food and accommodation at the Institute, and also paying for rail travel to Falmer from within the United Kingdom.

We are also anxious, if we can, to obtain the participation of people from the Dependent Territories themselves, so that they can tell us what the problems look like from their angle. But we are finding it very difficult to identify suitable people who will be in Britain at the time. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
