I should report for the record that in personal letter to Mr Rowlands, I told him that at Mr Ridley's request an invitation would be coming to him to take part in the seminar. This letter was written about two weeks ago and I have had no answer, nor have I been able to make contact with Mr Rowlands through the House of Commons telephone.
