You will have seen a copy of the letter from Mr Gee at the IDS suggesting you pay your first visit there during our Seminar.

2. I attach a copy of the letter I sent recently to the participants, which gives a little more detail, but I would not have thought that participation in this rather specialised seminar, which is being organised (and paid for) by the FCO would be of much benefit to you.

3. However, if you plan to visit the IDS at this time and would like to sit in on any event, please let me know. Seminar will probably be chaired by Mr Stratton and the ODA will be represented by Mr Kirkness or Mr Fry.
