Mr Yapp, APS to Mr Ridley thinks it most likely that the Minister will attend the opening session on the Monday evening. He will probably stay on for the sessions on the Tuesday morning and since Mr Yapp thinks he will be more interested in aid than independence alternatives, I will adjust the programme so that the morning sessions cover decolonisation and aid (which last Sir B Greatbatch has agreed to introduce).
