Seminar on the Future of Britain's remaining Dependent Territories

Thank you for your letter of 7 August enclosing the Seminar programme. Unfortunately I find that I have to attend another meeting on Tuesday 25 September. It is, however, also at Sussex and runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. so that I should still be able to attend much of the Seminar.
