Proposed amendments to Colonial Regulations and the Disciplinary Proceedings (Colonial) Regulations) Regulations

I regret that the draft amendments to Colonial Regulations enclosed with John Hunter's letter of 28th March had made no mention of the existing CR 57(3). This Regulation is to remain but will be re-numbered CR 57(6) after incorporation of the proposed amendments.
