CCD, in Mr Paterson's minute of 4 October 1979, calls for briefs for the UK Delegation to the abovementioned meeting and the List of Unclassified Briefs shows that No. 12 should deal with "Commonwealth Dependent Territories". CCD have confirmed that they wish the brief on this subject, which was produced by this Secti on to be up-dated and not necessarily re-written.

I attach here to the up-dated general chapter together with the section on the territory dealt with in your derartment and should be glad if you would be good enough to up-date the latter as necessary. It would help to have these back as soon as possible at latest by Monday 15 October 1979.
