We refer to the previous Consultative Heotlegs between the Secrotary for the Civil Service and the representatives of the Shorthand-Audio Typist Unit of the k...».V.V.D.Â, hold on 20th June, 29th June and July, 1977 rospectively, in which the representatives of the S.4.1. Unit had dutifully furnished relevant fresh evidenco in pr supporting our claims for improvements on both the salary and the promotion prospect as stipulated in the frosh submission to the Secretary for the Civil Service on 11th May 1977. The mostioned subalskion was prepared after intensive research together with careful, detailized wit comparisons with the major private sectors in liong KOBE)? based on ample grounds with information quoted from the keport on "Salary Trends & Friago Benefits" by Hong Kong Productivity Centre, La response to the repeated demands frɔa MP.
