EXCEPTIONALLY

DIRECT ENTRY

(1) Preferably under 45 years of age;

(ii) have either 5 subjects, including English

Language (Syllabus B), at Grade E or above

in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education OR 4 subjects, including English Language (Syllabus B), one of which must be at Grade E or above and the others at Grade C above; OR equivalent;

(iii) (a) have shorthand and typing speeds of 120 w.p.m.

and 50 w.p.m. respectively; AND

(b) be able to transcribe from a dictating machine;

(iv) have at least three years' recognised experience

as a Personal Secretary.

NOTE

Candidates will be required to take Catrance tests.
