attending methadone detoxification or maintenance clinics at the

end of 1976 were under 21.

6. As well as its internal efforts, in which the efforts of all

those involved, both Governmental and voluntary agencies, are co-ordinated, Hong Kong plays an active role in international efforts to stamp out drug abuse.
