4. You will use such channels of communication as are declared from time to time which are appropriate to the sensitivity and urgency of the material concerned.
5. You will provide to the Central Drugs Intelligence Unit, New Scotland Yard such reports as may be deemed necessary, including an annual situation report on the narcotics general situation in Thailand and the surrounding region, with particular reference to implications for the United Kingdom.
All your correspondence to New Scotland Yard will be copied to the Commissioner of Police, Royal Hong Kong Police.
