can however, exceptionally, release the original report and the

tip-off telegrams which led to Rita Nightingale being picked up

in Bangkok. These ought at least to allay Mr Hallmark's suspicions

that the case against her was manufactured, and I recommend that

copies of these documents should be given to Mrs Castle and Mr

Hallmark on a personal basis and that they should be asked to

return them.
