I am grateful to you for sparing some of your precious time for me on June 6th. For reasons I explained I wish to put on record the matters we discussed regarding the case of

the principal Crown witness in

the criminal case against

(1) that I had instructions from Messrs. K.Y. Woo and Company to make representations to you regarding [

and that Mr. Cheng Huan of Counsel had also been retained to assist me in this case but unfortunately he was ubable to be with me;

us that he made against recall or find out that the evidence of the Crown against

depended exclusively on the evidence

(2) that Messrs. K.Y. Woo and Company had instructed

You will no doubt

(3) I mentioned to you that I had a conference with our instructing solicitor's representative and lay client, and that

had indicated that he is willing to swear an affirmation to the effect that he had committed-- perjury.

(4) You told me that once such an affirmation is available you will take the necessary action. You said that the affirmation and the relevant papers of the criminal case will be given "due consideration". and that they would submitted in due course, to the crown Law ufficers. It was also mentioned that if initial investigation of the case warrants any further action you will have no hestitation in eonsidering all relevant available courses and instructing same to higher authorities.
