Does the government intend any action against senior Police Officers in connection with the YMT fruit market enquiry?
For the time being the answer is "no".
Are the Officers involved entitled to legal aid?
Legal aid is of course available for all those eligible in accordance with the usual criteria.
Did the Yau Ma Tei case stem from any connection with drugs?
It would be improper for me to comment any further at this stage.
